TurningPoint Adds New Talent to its Management Team

The companys recent management additions include: Tsippora Rosenberg as Vice President of Engineering, Silvio Renzi as Vice President of Commercial Services, Satya Govindu as Director of Commercial Software Engineering Services, Jim Keith as Director of DoD Business Development, and Steve Lewis as Proposal Manager. In addition, Tina Tyree has been promoted to Director of Federal PMO Practice, and Ramesh Chintagumpala has been promoted to Director of Federal Health IT.


As Vice President of Engineering, Tsippora Rosenberg oversees Federal Telecom Practice which currently serves several federal customers such as: FDA, DHS/HQ, DHS/ICE, FEMA, VA, Army/Airforce etc. In this role, she will oversee TurningPoints proprietary Network Inventory and Optimization Solution (NiOS) professional services delivery team, and software engineering teams. Ms. Rosenberg has held previous engineering and executive management positions with Bellcore, Comsearch, and Realeum.


As Vice President of Commercial Services, Silvio Renzi is responsible for Commercial Services delivery and ensuring effective deployment of customer solutions. Mr. Renzi began his career over 19 years ago, and has worked at AT&T and Bellcore. In 2002 Mr. Renzi founded Solvent Inc. a technology company focused on Network Security and Performance Management. As its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Renzi raised the investor capital to grow the company and provided strategic and operational guidance for development of SolventViewTM.


As Director of Commercial Software Engineering Services, Satya Govindu will be responsible for managing commercial projects involving Software Engineering Services and ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Mr. Govindu began his career as Software Engineer with Nortel Networks, and has worked for Lucent Bell Labs, and AT&T prior to joining TurningPoint. Most recently Satya managed the enterprise applications and multi-media data distribution technology for a large multi-media company in New York. Satya brings his expertise in digital media distribution technology, mobile computing, and enterprise software engineering delivery.


As Director of DoD Business Development, Jim Keith will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and winning new business within the DoD market. His responsibilities include application of full life-cycle business development methodologies and tools, including opportunity identification, qualification, positioning, bidding, competitive analysis, price to win, and related activities. Mr. Keith, a United States Air Force Veteran, brings over 15 years of proven success in the federal market, from companies such as AAC, Verbatim, Integrated Communications Solutions, and Computer Frontiers.


As the Proposal Manager, Steve Lewis will coordinate all phases of the companys proposal process in response to U.S. government and commercial requests for proposals (RFPs). Mr. Lewis oversees the coordination of all proposal efforts with the technical division, contracts department, contractors, subcontractors, finance department and human resources. Mr. Lewis brings over 25 years of government IT sales and proposal experience to TurningPoint. He has worked for Wang, 3Com, PeopleSoft, and IT contractors to develop sales opportunities and proposals that helped government agencies to increase productivity by meeting their office automation, software application, and systems integration needs.


As the Director of Federal PMO Practice, Tina Tyree will be heading up TurningPoints expanded project management offices (PMO) Services Division and accelerate the growth of PMO services for their customers. Tina is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), a Process & Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) Auditor, and an experienced CMMI appraiser, with 15 years experience in customer service, program and project management. Tina has an MBA in International Business from Park Point University, and a Bachelors degree in Humanities and Business Administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.


As the Director for Federal Health IT projects, Ramesh Chintagumpala will be directing and managing health information technology and healthcare informatics projects. Mr. Chintagumpala is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) with 15 years experience in Health IT, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and program and project management and 5 years assisting CMS in reducing Medicare and Medicaid fraud, and its cost to the taxpayer. He has a successful track record in managing numerous projects under several contracts within CMS Divisions (OIS/OBIS/CPI) with an annual budget over $ 6 million.
