Royalton was awarded with the top accolade, the five star award, for Best Development (Multiple Units) in Surrey and also five-star in the Best Residential Redevelopment category.
Following the five-star win for Best Residential Redevelopment, Royalton went onto win the award for Best Residential Redevelopment in the UK for Princess Square and will now automatically be entered into the prestigious International Property Awards, of which the UK awards are part of.
If successful at the International Property Awards, which are held later this year, Princess Square will be recognised as the Best Residential Redevelopment in the world.
At the event Royalton representatives were presented with award plaques and congratulated by Jenny Bond, former royal correspondent, Stuart Shield, Chairman of International Property Awards, and Joel Lohrey from Google UK.
